US Banks no longer support Bitstamp transactions – looking for alternative methods

I have been trying for the last two days to buy xrp on Bitstamp. The website kept telling me my card was declined. The bank (Bank of America) initially ensured me that they hadn’t seen the transaction attempted. This had happened before so I wasn’t worried – sometimes it took a few tries. But after another day of failed attempts, I finally spoke to someone in customer relations who said the Bank has disabled any kind of payments (debit or credit cards) on Bitstamp and other crypto exchanges. Does anyone know what banks / credit card companies in the U.S. can you still purchase crypto with after Feb. 5th? Apparently there was some collusion in early Feb. by major banks to snuff out the crypto markets. Anyway, this has me worried now about ability to withdraw some of my crypto investments as well when the time comes. Pls advise.
